At Oak Hill, serving isn’t just filling a role—it’s about loving people well, building community, and being part of what God is doing. Whether you’re greeting guests, serving with kids or students, helping behind the scenes, or supporting special events, every role matters and every volunteer makes an impact.
You don’t need experience—just a willing heart. We’ll help you find a place that fits your gifts, availability, and season of life.

There’s a place for everyone to serve at Oak Hill! Whether you love working behind the scenes or connecting with people face-to-face, God has gifted you in ways that can make a difference.

Love technology? We’re looking for passionate volunteers to help behind the scenes and on stage with sound, lighting, and media.

Enjoy hands-on work? This team welcomes skilled and willing volunteers of all ages to help care for and maintain our facilities and grounds.

Do you love coffee and community? Join our café team and help serve delicious coffee and lattes while creating a warm, welcoming space for friends and family.

Be the friendly face that helps people feel at home! Greeters and hospitality volunteers help welcome guests, provide information, and assist with special events.

A ministry with a place for every gifting! We’re looking for joyful volunteers (18+) to serve on Sunday mornings, Wednesday nights, and during special events. Opportunities are plentiful and meaningful.

God is doing incredible things in our student ministry! We’re looking for men and women who are excited to build relationships, mentor students, and walk alongside them in their faith.

Serve by helping create a smooth and welcoming worship experience. Ushers assist guests as they enter the Worship Center and help during services and special events.

Join a growing team of musicians and vocalists as we lead the church in worship—glorifying God together in spirit and truth.
