Oak Hill Church is looking for a Children’s Pastor who loves Jesus, loves people, and feels called to help kids discover what it means to know and follow Him.

We’re looking for a leader with the experience and capacity to build strong teams, develop people, and lead a growing ministry with vision and care.

• Values relationships and connects naturally with kids, parents, and volunteers.

• Believes parents are the primary spiritual influence in a child’s life and wants to come alongside families as they disciple their kids.

• Brings creativity and fresh ideas while valuing organization, communication, and healthy systems.

• Leads with humility, takes initiative, and genuinely enjoys being part of a team.

• Is excited about what God is doing at Oak Hill—and ready to help lead the next generation forward.
